We offer Pre-Construction services to both public and private projects, across an array of project delivery methods.

Architects and Owners have consistently sought our estimating expertise for comprehensive budgeting at various stages in the design process. We also assist in scheduling and various other services to maximize the potential of a project within the project constraints of time, budget and site.

Our historic restoration and renovation knowledge can save your project’s budget. Many of our projects have focused on restoring and repurposing historic facilities around the Baltimore metro area.  We can provide expertise and insight to an Adaptive Re-Use project.
