CAM Construction will soon be soliciting bids for an early release package for Commodore John Rodgers EMS Replacement School. This package will include demolition, abatement, sheeting, shoring, and concrete. Phase 2 of the project includes the 117,000sqft new construction of the replacement school, which will be solicited for bids at a later date. Important project elements include: 2-year construction schedule, LEED Silver Design, MBE participation, and Wage Scale.
