Angelo Munafo

Angelo helps coordinate CAM’s real estate development activities in partnership with Knight Street Capital, How Nor LP, and other related entities. He spearheads new acquisition/joint venture efforts and handles financial underwriting, design, and entitlement activities for those projects in which CAM is invested. CAM’s private development work is currently focused on mixed-use projects, infill multifamily sites, and adaptive re-use multifamily conversions eligible for historic tax credits.

Additionally, Angelo leads CAM’s business development and marketing efforts, serving as a liaison between other owners/developers/investors who may be looking to hire CAM as a third party construction manager or general contractor.

Angelo has a masters in Real Estate & Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins University, and a BSE with a real estate concentration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. While at Penn, he also received a minor in Urban Real Estate & Development. He completed four years of employment with St. John Properties as part of their partner in training program, and is now a member of our team.

Brett Wolter

Brett joined the CAM team as Senior Estimator after nearly twenty years in the commercial construction industry.  He brings with him experience as both estimator and pre-construction manager, and is a graduate of Towson University’s business program.

Brett is an expert in subcontractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation preparation and presentation, cost modeling at all levels of documentation, historic data analysis, value engineering, comparative estimates and trade contractor scope preparation for complex ground up construction, renovation, adaptive re-use projects in the public, private and non-profit sectors.

Everett Chambers

Everett provides CAM with a distinguished background in project management, personally overseeing nearly $150 million worth of projects ranging from small to large. Over the past sixteen years, he has managed a spectrum of educational, commercial office, and non-profit projects under various contracting methods (lump sum, CM with a GMP, design-build, etc). Everett leverages his military communication background to enforce tight scheduling and hold subs accountable, while tapping into his interpretive skillset to mitigate constructibility issues and ensure jobs remain on-time and within budget.

Vince Culotta

Along with CAM’s management team, Vince is involved with all aspects of pre-construction services including constructability reviews, scheduling, value engineering, and trade contractor management.

He is directly responsible for identifying and rectifying design and construction conflicts.  His expertise lies in complex projects which are often multi-phased, for new construction and complex renovation projects.  With both field as well as office experience, Vince brings strength to every project. Other duties include the management of CAM’s field forces.

Vince is also charged with ensuring that all projects meet CAM’s standard for quality.  He is familiar with all forms of commercial and institutional work and has spearheaded many award winning CAM projects.

John Speights

With more than three decades experience, John spearheads all trade contract bidding, cost models, value engineering and trade contract change negotiations.  Interfacing with design professionals and owners, John’s creative approach and interpretive skills mitigate constructability issues throughout pre-construction and through project completion.

He has estimated and managed multiple similar projects under both lump sum as well as GMP contracts. John has been a project manager to public, private, and non-profit jobs, providing years of local expertise to the project team.
