We request your firm’s participation in the renovation of the McElderry Rowhouse Redevelopment Project for Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHBSPH).
The project consists of only the renovation of the McElderry Rowhouses 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, and 2008 with associated site work.
There are also two (2) alternates relating to security devices and underground pathways. We ask that you submit your bid on the posted bid form as it assures CAM Construction that your firm has acknowledgement of all the bidding documents and procedures. The project also includes a 20% MBE and a 15% Local Business Participation goal. We ask that all bidders participate in achieving this goal. Please complete and provide this data on the Bid Form with the certification numbers. If you are utilizing or are a Local Business Enterprise (LBE) please be sure to provide your Baltimore City address.
Taxes: Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is exempt from State Sales and Use Taxes. The tax exemption number will be provided to the successful bidder.
