CAM Construction is bidding on Bid Package 06A General Trades and request your participation. We request that you utilize the issued bid form when submitting your pricing. Please read the CAM’s Bid Manual for important data and requirements.
**You may receive an ITB for this project from another Subcontractor bidding on 06A, with a bid date which is a day or so after CAM’s. Please note that other firms bidding 06A may request your pricing a day or so later than CAM does. We ask that regardless of who you bid with, that you send your bid by the bid date and time we request. In order to remain in compliance with MSA, CAM must submit our bid for this package no less than a day before all other bids are due.
The Work consists of the addition of a 45,000 Sqft educational wing addition, renovation of the existing cafeteria and IT/Data upgrades throughout the existing facility. The addition is a three-story addition steel framed superstructure, metal deck, CFMF exterior walls with brick veneer. The school will not be occupied during construction. Site work will consist of new storm water and structures, paving and sidewalk replacement. New playfield and site features are also identified. Other building features are new Aluminum Storefront, TPO Roofing System and interior finishes along with the specified mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. The Project is designed and shall be constructed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
