Complete site work and construction of a steel frame 78,000 square foot building for the Harford County Maintenance Division in Bel Air, MD.


Work includes but is not limited to: excavation, clearing, site utilities, paving, striping and signage, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, steel, misc. steel, carpentry, air/vapor barriers, fireproofing, aluminum composite panels, bitumen roofing system, glazing, curtain wall, d/f/h, light gauge and drywall, acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, resilient and resinous flooring, interior & exterior paint, and high performance coatings. Specialties include signage, toilet/bath accessories, metal lockers, and Fire Ext. Residential Appliances, and elevators in addition to full HVAC/Plumbing package, sprinkler, and electrical work. Project includes vehicle service equipment, testing & inspections, final clean, commissioning, and survey.
