Belmont Park Apartments

Located on Featherbed Lane in Woodlawn, Maryland, this garden style apartment community is strategically situated just minutes from the I-695 / I-70 interchange, surrounded by a variety of nearby retail amenities and other conveniences. CAM completed this 156-unit infill project amidst a dense, mature suburban neighborhood, to compliment the existing single family housing stock in the area. Sitweork across the roughly 9 acres included substantial landscaping, parking lots, a playground, and walking trails around and over a creek. The project utilized HUD/DHCD financing, and required compliance with associated construction standards at the state and federal level.
